About EmbodieDance
EmbodieDance, created and taught by Lani Weissbach, is a rich and multilayered movement practice that combines ancient and contemporary wisdom from East and West into an immersive movement experience that is suitable for all levels and all people. At the heart of this practice is the intention to honor our biological need to move in organic, expressive ways, to build awareness and presence in the process, and to cultivate curiosity, kindness, empathy and ease.
