With Lani Weissbach
EmbodieDance, created and taught by Lani Weissbach, is a rich and multilayered movement practice that combines ancient and contemporary wisdom from East and West into an immersive movement experience that is suitable for all levels and all people. At the heart of this practice is the intention to honor our biological need to move in organic, expressive ways, to build awareness and presence in the process, and to cultivate curiosity, kindness, empathy and ease.
Mindful Movement Basics
EmbodieDance: Mindful Movement Basics, will break down some of the basics of mindful/somatic movement principles in easy-to-digest practices geared toward creating a body available for dynamic movement and ease of being. While every class builds awareness of the community we create by practicing together, this class will focus more on individual process and learning through awareness of self. Relax and enjoy Lani's guidance and moving in the presence of kindred spirits.
Creativity, Connection, Collaboration
EmbodieDance: Creativity, Connection, Collaboration incorporates some of the mindful movement basics and expands our work into relating self to others through fun, easygoing interactive explorations. Come with a curious mind ready to play, sweat, laugh, release and grow.
