IDE "Recovery for Dancers" Class

Service Description

Price includes $1 credit card processing fee. Recovery for Dancers will focus on alignment, mobilization, and stability exercises to prevent injuries and help us feel our best.

Cancellation Policy

Weekly classes may be cancelled 1 hour before the start time of the class. Workshops must be cancelled at least 1 week in advance.
