You will receive an email reply with the Zoom meeting link. Please have a space you feel comfortable moving in, and if it is not carpeted, have a yoga or exercise mat handy for working on the floor.

In this 40-minute version of EmbodieDance, Lani will guide you through mindful dance/movement that will refresh and invigorate all systems of the body in the comfort of your own home. This work is accessible to movers of all levels and is designed to support optimum health and well-being in body, mind, heart and spirit.

EmbodieDance is an hour-long immersive movement experience geared toward opening our senses, deepening intuition and widening our palette of movement skills together. Through an eclectic blend of Eastern and Western somatic/energetic practices, we will explore our body’s structure, movement capacities, habits and possibilities as revealed through practice and reflection. We will also bring awareness to the elemental forces that move us: time, space, sound, the environment, internal impulses and imagery. Through in-the-moment explorations as well as easygoing phrase work, we go at our own pace and support each other in the process. Come with a curious mind ready to play, sweat, laugh, release and grow in a friendly and nonjudgmental environment.
