Bust A Move is a Jazz/Modern technique class open to adult movers of all skill levels. This class will incorporate classical, modern, and jazz styles of dance. The technique portion of class will combine the strong controlled leg work and isolations of jazz dance with modern technique that will focus on the torso and breath control. Students will focus on fall and release, rhythm and spatial awareness when moving across the floor. The class will conclude with a fun combination where students will be able to express their joy movement.
