IMAC 5 and 10 class passes are accepted.
You must be pre-registered for class by 8pm the night prior.
If we do not meet our registration minimum of 3 students by 8pm the night prior to class,
class will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
Walk-ups are not allowed.
Masks are highly recommended for vaccinated individuals.
Masks are required for unvaccinated individuals.
Please bring a mat and any props you have handy: blankets, blocks, etc.
All Levels Yoga
Let's roll out those mats and join Jill for an All Levels Vinyasa style yoga class suitable for all ages and accessibilities. Jill's classes are fun, challenging, and will definitely leave you feeling strong, yet relaxed. Having been a professional dancer for many years, her classes are very movement oriented so come prepared to dance on your mat, yoga style. Each class will have a different theme with some play with variations on Sun Salutations, breath work (pranayama), guided meditation, and focus on smooth, even transitions from one pose (asana) into the next. Jill offers modifications for the beginner to the experienced practitioner. Come ready to learn, grow, smile, and discover your inner yogi.
